We are a size-inclusive practice with deep experience supporting patients across the weight spectrum. We offer innovative, evidence-based mental and behavioral health support with an approach that is affirming, compassionate, and non-judgmental. While GLP-1s address biological factors, we provide individualized psychological support for emotional growth and lasting behavioral change. With a shared commitment to whole-person well-being, SpringSource is pleased to highlight Activation Fitness, a trusted North Shore collaborator offering thoughtful, individualized strength training to gently support the emotional care you receive with us.
We founded SpringSource: Eating, Weight & Mood Disorders in 2020 with a shared vision to create a collaborative, compassionate space where adults can heal and grow through every stage of life.
Our work is rooted in decades of clinical leadership and innovation. Together, we have built and led nationally recognized eating disorder and mood disorder programs, developed new models of intensive outpatient care, and trained hundreds of clinicians across the country.
At SpringSource, we have combined that expertise with a boutique, individually tailored, relational developmental approach. Whether through individual therapy or our hybrid Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), our goal remains the same: to help individuals develop the insight, skills, and resilience to reach their potential and to know that recovery is always within reach.
