
Dr. Hannah Clark
Clinician
Hannah Clark, Ph.D., received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Science from Gustavus Adolphus College and completed her PhD in clinical psychology at the University of Michigan. Before joining SpringSource, she completed her internship in clinical psychology at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine.
Dr. Clark has experience working with individuals, couples, and groups with a range of presenting concerns. She specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety disorders, and traumatic stress by integrating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches. Hannah is passionate about helping clients build rich, meaningful lives through acceptance, awareness, and self-compassion.
Dr. Clark is also an active researcher and has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles on the effects of traumatic experiences during childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. She is especially interested in understanding how therapeutic interventions can promote resilience after trauma.
Dr. Clark regularly presents her work at national and international conferences and has been recognized for her excellence in research and scholarship in the field of traumatic stress.
