Susan McClanahan, Ph.D., CEDS
Co-Founder
Dr. McClanahan’s approach is warm and collaborative, with a focus on treating the underlying issues that contribute to eating disorders, emotional overeating, binge eating, restrictive eating, chronic dieting, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Angela Derrick, Ph.D., CEDS-C
Co-Founder
Dr. Derrick is a licensed clinical psychologist in Illinois and has been practicing for 18 years. An active member of the Academy for Eating Disorders, she holds an academic appointment at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.

Jamie Kelly, LCPC, CEDS-C

Jamie Kelly’s therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practices, and a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their journey toward recovery and well-being.

Corina Ratz, LCPC

Katherine “Kat” M. Zwick, LCPC, CGP-S, CCCS (she/they)
Clinical Consultant
Kat Zwick is a seasoned therapist and leader with over 13 years of experience treating eating disorders across PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care for adolescents, adults, and families. Her expertise extends to substance use, complex trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, recovery from coercive control, and ADHD, with a neurodivergent-affirming approach.

Leah Young, LCPC
Associate Director of Clinical Services
Leah Young helps adults navigate the complex space between habit, coping, and choice, whether that involves substances, behaviors, or patterns that no longer feel aligned. Her work focuses on helping you clarify what matters to you and move toward it with honesty, support, and a sense of possibility.

Elaine Mershon
Director of Strategic and Community Partnerships
Elaine Mershon is a strong advocate for mental health. Having supported family members through hospitalization, IOP, and other treatment programs, she understands firsthand the challenges and importance of compassionate care.

Gali Kramer, PsyD
Clinician
​Dr. Gali Kramer provides individual and couples therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, helping clients navigate relational challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and mood disorders. She has a special interest and experience working with folks with eating disorders and is passionate about empowering clients to take an active role in their treatment.

Hannah Clark, Ph.D.

​Dr. Hannah Clark specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety disorders, and traumatic stress by integrating CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches. Dr. Clark is passionate about helping clients build rich, meaningful lives through acceptance, awareness, and self-compassion.

Fernanda de Alba, NCC, LCPC
Clinician
​Fernanda de Alba is a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish) who uses a compassionate and integrative approach with individuals and couples. With couples, Fernanda draws from Gottman-informed practices and solution focus, evidence-based communication tools. With individuals, she uses trauma-informed frameworks to address anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, and relational patterns.

Alice Bigelow, LCPC, CCATP

​As a queer-identified therapist, Alice Bigelow is passionate about creating a safe, affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and anyone exploring identity, belonging, and self-acceptance. Alice works with adults navigating OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, as well as those seeking to deepen self-understanding and emotional regulation.

Alexis (Lexi) Pettengill, LSW, (she/they)

As a fat-positive and genderqueer therapist, Lexi Pettengill is passionate about creating a space where all bodies and identities are honored. Lexi specializes in eating disorders, body image, trauma, gender-affirming care, and emotional regulation. Their approach is relational and individualized, integrating Health at Every Size (HAES) principles with evidence-based modalities.

Jaimee McMullen, LCPC, ATR-BC
Clinician
Jaimee McMullen uses art and expression to help children, teens, and families navigate challenges related to ADHD, neurodivergence, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder). Jaimee’s work is especially supportive of neurodivergent kids, adolescents, and adults who may struggle to express emotions verbally.

Kat Falson brings deep clinical expertise in eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, and LGBTQIA+ experiences together with a therapeutic presence that is warm, grounded, and genuinely human. They practice from an anti-diet, fat-liberation framework, understanding that a compassionate relationship with one’s own body is not a luxury. It is foundational to an authentic and whole life.
