Find the Treatment Structure That Works for You
Your needs are unique and ever evolving, so your care should be, too. We offer diverse therapy formats to customize your recovery plan, and we'll collaborate with you at each step to determine how to best support your healing. Read more about the options available to you at SpringSource below, and we'd be happy to help you decide where to start.

Private Sessions
It may feel like you're constantly managing how you come across to everyone else, and it’s exhausting to always keep it together. Our private, one-on-one therapy offers a dedicated, judgment-free space where you can drop the performance and stop worrying about everyone else's comfort. This is your room to be messy, inconsistent, and completely honest, allowing you to work through deep patterns at your own pace alongside a therapist who truly gets you.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our CARF-accredited IOP for adults blends structured, evidence-based care with the built-in flexibility you need to heal on your own terms. Whether you choose in-person, fully virtual, or a hybrid schedule, our boutique approach tailors your program to your goals and fits into your daily routine with day, evening, or weekend appointments. We treat your whole self, not just a diagnosis, so you can build lasting resilience.

Harm Reduction for Eating Disorders
If you're in a constant, exhausting tug-of-war between wanting relief from your eating disorder and a deep fear of letting go of the control or comfort it provides, your healing doesn't have to be all-or-nothing. Our harm reduction approach meets you exactly where you are today. Instead of demanding immediate changes to your relationship with food and your body, we focus on lowering physical and emotional risks at your own pace, helping you build a safe, sustainable, and shame-free path forward.

Harm Reduction for Addiction
If you feel overwhelmed by an internal battle between a desire for relief from substance use or compulsive habits, and a fear of what life looks like without them, your recovery doesn't have to be all-or-nothing. Our harm reduction approach meets you exactly where you are today, without judgment or rigid ultimatums. By focusing on practical steps to decrease the physical, emotional, and relational risks in your life at your own pace, we help you build a more stable, sustainable, and shame-free path toward long-term healing.

Group Therapy
Connect with peers who share your same struggle, without judgement. Group sessions provide the opportunity to gain insights from multiple perspectives, relate to people who are navigating similar experiences, and build more confidence to manage your symptoms. We offer recurring group therapy programs to address a variety of concerns and identities, including groups for higher-weight individuals, DBT groups, LGBTQIA groups, and families of individuals with eating disorders.
